BEETLEJUICE

One of the most beautiful, relaxing, and romantic settings has to be Central Park in the Fall. The colors are insanely vibrant during this time of year. For those who don't already know based off my Instagram content, I'm a huge nature girl. I could walk outside for hours surrounded by trees, leaves, water, etc. - its what keeps me sane.

Have you guys checked out the current Who What Wear x Target Collection yet?! You must! Plus a lot of their current items are buy one get one 50% off (woo!). If I could have their whole collection in my closet right now - I would. Below I'm wearing their super comfy, funky, stripe set that gives off major Beetlejuice vibes (where I initially fell in love with Wynona Ryder). I don't think one could ever own too many stripes. If I'm ever going to do a pop of color, it'll always be my shoes that spice up the look. For those not a fan of real fur (such as myself), be sure to checkout Asos. They carry a ton of faux fur coats and scarves. Scroll down below for more on this shoot.

THE SHIRT DRESS

Hope everyone had a relaxing Thanksgiving break with tons of food, family, and friends! Thanksgiving has to be one of my favorite Holidays because 1) calories don't count (and if someone says they do, tell them to f off) and 2) it gathers your loved ones together which is hard to do in todays busy world. This year, I'm especially thankful not only for the continued love and support but because I became an aunt to the cutest little boy named Bret. My heart is full

A shirt dress is easily the most comfortable piece of clothing. I can't even count the amount of button-downs I own because I continue to oversaturate my closet. As much as I love putting together different outfits, I can also be lazy... so this is deff my go-to for an easy+chic outfit of the day. What will shock you guys is that this whole look (minus the Gap trench coat) is all from Beacons Closet. For those of you not familiar, Beacons Closet is a thrift shop with tons of one of a kind affordable vintage pieces. You have to check it out if you haven't already.

Thick belts are key to enhancing any look! Throw it over a shirt + dress for some edge.

IN THE 70's GROOVE

Taking a style cue from one of my favorite movie characters of all time, Penny Lane played by Kate Hudson in Almost Famous. If you have yet to watch the film, please do so! In the movie she wears this dreamy coat with fluffy fur lining. If there's one obsession I have, its with coats. I gravitate towards leather, faux fur, wool, prints, neutrals and pop of colors. I just don't think one can ever have enough coats.

In addition to this obsession, I also love a good pair of girlfriend jeans. Free People is my go-to for comfort, fit, style, and affordability. I'm not one to spend a lot on a look, I can appreciate clothing at all price ranges and know what I can and can't afford. I prefer spending on basic pieces that I can wear all the time. Sample Sales are amazing if you go at the right time. I recently went to the Parker Sample Sale (not a brand I typically buy from) and bought the cutest sequin tube tops! I love funky pieces that instantly make an outfit pop. To top this look off, I brought out my must-have boots of the season; these white Nine West beauties (current trend fyi). METALLIC MOMENT

Guys, I finally found a jacket that I can wear as a dress. I've never had luck pulling off the "jacket dress" look because of my height. Everything is always way too short on me. Thanks to Zara for making the metallic suede dress of my dreams! I'm in love with the fit and the shininess to it. As the Holidays approach, will be seeing a lot of red, green, blue, and metallic tones.

If you're not into the jacket dress look, that's fine! This is an ideal piece for Fall layering and can add the right touch to any outfit (day or night). This shade of silver / metallic is very neutral which makes it versatile and easy to pair with almost anything. As always, less is more in my opinion. Scroll down for more and shop this exact look!

SUITED UP

This season is all about menswear and the suit trend. We've seen it on the red carpet, on the street, in editorials, etc. I'm all about this look! For years I've looked up to Diane Keaton not only as an actress but as a style icon. When I think of Diane Keaton, I think of how she has the ability to take a suited look and add her own touch to it.

Menswear will always be in style. I absolutely love the looser fit and more masculine vibe that mens clothing gives off. This millennial pink suit was so fun to wear and if you're looking for something on the inexpensive side, Topshop offers a ton of options to choose from. Check out more from my latest shoot below!
