Guys, I finally found a jacket that I can wear as a dress. I've never had luck pulling off the "jacket dress" look because of my height. Everything is always way too short on me. Thanks to Zara for making the metallic suede dress of my dreams! I'm in love with the fit and the shininess to it. As the Holidays approach, will be seeing a lot of red, green, blue, and metallic tones.

If you're not into the jacket dress look, that's fine! This is an ideal piece for Fall layering and can add the right touch to any outfit (day or night). This shade of silver / metallic is very neutral which makes it versatile and easy to pair with almost anything. As always, less is more in my opinion. Hope you all had a fabulous weekend just like I did! I stayed at my friend Emma's in the city (a mini staycation). We got in a great workout to kickoff our Summer Friday, ate at our fav Vegan joint By Chloe, laid in Washington Sq. Park, and enjoyed a delicious Saturday brunch at Blue Stone Lane (which by the way is a Melbourne inspired coffee shop and fyi I'm dying to go to Australia).

Nonetheless - it was a beautiful *extra humid* weekend.

At this point, we've all picked up on the off the shoulder trend and I'm all for it! Its a flattering look for almost every body type and can be worn in various ways. This is a top I snagged during Zara's sale a few weeks ago and I really love how it resembles a corset with kind of a pirate feel to it. The puffy sleeves add a unique touch to make the outfit pop along with the red shoes. Scroll down to see the rest of this look and don't forget to subscribe!

Hello beautiful peeps! I hope you're all having the best Summer despite the bi-polar weather in New York (I mean cmon... I can't take anymore rain). When the sun decides to come out, so does my summer wardrobe! This shoot was one of my favorites thus far. I've been loving crop tops lately and mix & matching colors. I used to be afraid of color blocking and wearing two opposite shades together. However, I came to this simple conclusion... if you feel good in something, why not wear it?! That's the thing with fashion - there are no rules! So my advice: if you're into two different shades, try combining them.. it could turn into something really cool and fun!

Last week I scored so many cute pieces at Zara's Summer Sale (and yes there's still so much left so I highly suggest checking it out). I have a crazy obsession with denim (no really its actually a problem) and have even extended my obsession into embellished / printed jeans... totally into it. Check out this full-on Zara look with a few of my favorite accessories.

(don't mind me... just picking up my pants.)

I own way too many sunglasses... favorite *pricier* brands: (Miu Miu, Acne Studios, Illesteva, Le Specs).

Affordable alternatives: (Free People, Quay, Urban Outfitters, Gap, Asos).

If there's one thing you all should know - its that I have a serious obsession with satin. Satin tops, dresses, bottoms... you name it! My eye always wanders towards that specific material because of how feminine and sultry it is. Now that we're in the month of July (can you believe it?!) it can get so unbelievably hot to the point where you really don't want to be wearing thick pieces. I find that wearing satin almost feels like you have nothing on. It's light, easy to move in, and simple. You can pair it with almost anything for that "cool girl look". I chose to pair this Rosie Tie Front Satin Shirt from Boohoo with yet another PacSun skirt, Sam Edelman heels (which happen to be one of my favorite footwear brands if you're looking for something more affordable & chic) and Free People's Mega Metal Hoops in gold for a finishing touch.

Side note: last summer I had a phone conversation with Sam Edelman himself (don't ask how - but i'll probably still tell you)...yeah... still not over it.
